Legal Structure

The neighborhood will have a condominium form of ownership, with residents owning their homes and having a yard area of perhaps a quarter of an acre as their exclusive-use "limited common areas." Monthly condominium fees will be used to maintain the common house and septic fields, plow the roads, and contribute to any other needed common element maintenance.
