Much of this space will be preserved for wildlife and walking trails. Some will be transformed into community garden plots, pastures, and meadows for grazing animals. The architecture of the homes will blend with the traditional fabric of New England, while taking up the impulse found at Pine Hill Waldorf School and other buildings inspired by Rudolf Steiner.
