New Conservation Land

On December 31, 2007, the McGettigan Family placed a conservation easement on 141 acres of their land, which abuts both First Light Neighborhood & Farm and Pine Hill Waldorf School and includes the orchard behind the Pine Hill parking lot. While this land remains privately owned, it can never be developed and will be used for sustainable farming and forestry and for native wildlife habitat. The McGettigans are to be thanked for this act of generosity to the people of Wilton.
